A workshop in responsible innovation and futures prototyping.
Led by: Dr Susanne Pratt, Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation, Claire Marshall, If Labs and Mel Rumble, Reframeable
Things are changing fast. Disruptive technologies and a changing climate herald very different futures depending on our actions now. But what future do we want? And what futures are worth wanting?
In this two-hour workshop participants complete a range of foresight activities to stimulate your imagination and envision your own future. Working with rapid prototyping methodologies, you will create an object that represents preferable, inclusive, futures; the object may join the Museum of Futures in a future exhibition.
A fun, fast-paced workshop that will get you thinking, Futures Worth Wanting is a powerful lesson in envisioning a world we all want to live in.
