The Future is Floating is the result of an ongoing collaborative art project between First Nations Australian and Canadian artists. Come aboard the Mari Nawi ferry for an experiential, fully immersive performance on Sydney Harbour and local waterways whilst sampling Indigenous inspired bush tucker.
Hear Marianne Nicolson – an artist/activist of the Musgamakw Dzawada’enuxw First Nations, Canada – in conversation with Australian Aboriginal artists Megan Cope (Quandamooka, QLD) and Leanne Tobin (Darug, NSW), discussing their artistry, identity and the preservation of cultural knowledge.
