The
state-of-the-art Roslyn Packer Theatre (formerly Sydney Theatre) is home to
drama and dance companies, Sydney Theatre Company and Sydney Dance Company, as
well host of theatre, dance, comedy and live music from artists and companies
around Australia and the world. The impressive 896 seat auditorium is all
reserved seating.
ENTRY AND PARKING
Wheelchair access is via the theatre’s main entrance at street level on Hickson Rd.
There is some accessible parking available on Hickson Rd, near Lower Fort St.
INSIDE THE VENUE
A lift located at the far end of the Ground Floor foyer operates between Ground Level, Stalls Level and the Dress Circle Level.
There are accessible toilets on both the Ground Floor and the Dress Circle levels of the foyer.
Patrons with mobility impairments may require assistance accessing some areas of the venue, and should approach staff at the Cloakroom on the Ground Floor to ask for this service.
A narrow cast FM system is available at the Roslyn Packer Theatre in both the Stalls and Dress Circle. To use the loop system, please request a headset from the theatre's Front of House staff. Headsets contain FM receivers and can be used by patrons with or without hearing aids; these are available via the Cloakroom situated in the Ground Floor foyer. from Circular Quay and Wynyard Station.

Bus services (324 and 325) operate to and from The Rocks and Circular Quay.
