Rubyos

Rubyos is a fine-dining restaurant specialising in providing the ultimate grazing experience, offering modern Australian cuisine with a fusion mix of international flavours. Located in the culinary hub of King Street, Newtown, we offer eclectic grazing menus that are designed to be shared by everyone on the table, from vegans and vegetarians to seafood and meat lovers. Our heritage charm and contemporary décor is something we take utmost pride in and is ideal for event hosting, including romantic dinners, birthday parties, cocktail dinner events and corporate functions. Rubyos has a little something to cater to anyone and everyone!
