Located on a green entrenched rooftop in Westfield Sydney is Babylon Rooftop, a sprawling restaurant and bar reminiscent of the ancient region of Levant. Babylon has been built upon the greatest expression of Middle Eastern hospitality - food. Our kitchen team has created a menu rich with dishes inspired by childhood memories from Turkey and traditional Levantine food. 

Through an assortment of laneways and private dining spaces leading to an outdoor terrace, Babylon has an overall capacity of 800 guests. Each unique space invites a fun, social style of eating and drinking, with fresh produce at the forefront of our food philosophy
