INDU is a celebration of southern Indian and Sri Lankan village culture, flavours and local hospitality. Discover a place where eastern mysticism meets western curiosity located in the historical heart of Sydney, Angel Place. The inspiration is coastal and community inspired taking guests on a journey around the subcontinent with a modern menu. 

By providing a feast for the senses, we enable a lasting bond with the villages we borrow from. INDU partners with Palmera to establish the Village to Village Program, enabling communities to build thriving economies in Sri Lanka.
